Do you love being in control, white-knuckling life?

This event is for all of you control "freaks" out there who want to have a little bit of fun. Allison + the tºhoughtly team invite you to experience a playful look at our controlling tendencies. There will be plenty of belly laughing paired with deep insights, reflections, and of course delicious food.

UNIQUE + PERFECT FOR GROUPS | COUPLES 

Controlling behaviors make us feel certain, strong, & secure. We like to control because it puts us in the captains chair, yet the cost of controlling is wasting our precious energy or worse. What we know, from the human experience, is that there are actually few things we can control. It can feel like we are making headway, smoothe sailing, when we are actually headed right for collision (damaging relationships, ignoring reality, & making ourselves MORE not less anxious). This event will challenge our beliefs & relationships with controlling so we might stop those energy leaks, heal relationships, & feel more peace or acceptance.   

5:00 p.m.  Guests arrive & enter ( parking in rear lot)

Once inside, you will be welcomed by the tºhoughtly team & offered a space to take a seat.After all guests have arrived we will begin with a welcoming check-in & a brief understanding of why we are here followed by what you can expect. 

Allison will take you through a series of interactive activities that will stir up your desire to control. You may be invited to use your mind in a new or different way.    

Dinner* includes a beverage (water | sparkling soda) & a light meal consisting of a seasonal vegetable, protein, & grain accompanied by dinner salad or soup.

Expect surprises & fun to conclude by 7:00 pm

Please arrive a few minutes early, if you can, to get acclimated with the space & comfortable before we take off on our voyage 👩🏼‍✈️👨🏻‍✈️⚓️
