How we show up rock climbing, canoeing, or other challenging outdoor activities is how we show up in most other places in our life. This is an opportunity to explore how your survival mechanisms emerge under manufactured (by Allison) stresses. Whether it's getting caught on a log while kayaking or falling into a ditch on a mountain bike trail, we can build awareness of our coping strategies when we are under duress. We will then process how our physical experiences translate into social-emotional learnings for our everyday life. This 6-week program is for folks who learn best by doing, love to be physically active, and feel best in nature. Each session lasts about 4 hours with meeting locations varying based on the activity.
