This Privacy Notice applies only to the AI Service and does not govern separate applications, websites, or platforms (including any third-party or Kajabi-hosted mobile applications), which may be subject to separate policies.

This Privacy Notice applies to information we collect:

  • through your use of the AI Service
  • when you submit inputs, prompts, or content to the AI Service
  • in communications between you and the AI Service

It does not apply to information collected by third parties or external platforms, even if accessed through or integrated with the AI Service.

By using the AI Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice.

The AI Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

We do not use your AI prompts for unrelated marketing purposes.

We do not:

  • sell your AI interaction data
  • use your prompts to build external advertising profiles
  • intentionally link AI inputs to unrelated third-party datasets

Important:
The AI Service is not designed for storing or processing highly sensitive information. You should avoid submitting confidential, medical, legal, or financial data.

VII. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information:

  • To service providers and infrastructure partners supporting the AI Service
  • To AI model providers solely to process inputs and generate outputs
  • To payment processors and billing providers
  • To legal, financial, or security advisors

However, no system is completely secure. You use the AI Service at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
